A Decade in the Making: Why We're Asking for Your Vote for Best of Gwinnett

When we opened our doors in Buford back in 2015, we were a small, family-owned auto repair shop with a simple goal: treat every customer the way we'd want our own family treated. No jargon. No pressure. No taking our word for it when we could show you the proof instead.

Eleven years later, that same goal has carried us through two more locations: our second shop in Cumming, and most recently our newest location at 820 Brogdon Road in Suwanee, GA. This third location means convenient, honest auto care is now just around the corner for our neighbors in Sugar Hill and Suwanee too.

Growth like this doesn't happen by accident, and it definitely doesn't happen alone. It happens because a community decides to trust you, again and again, with something as personal as their car and as valuable as their time.

Built on Trust, Not Just Transactions

At every Team Ryan Automotive location, our approach stays the same: transparency first. Led by our co-founder and CEO, Dan Ryan, an ASE-Certified Master Technician with more than 25 years of experience, our team believes customers deserve to see the proof behind every recommendation, not just be told to trust us. That's also why every repair is backed by our Lifetime Warranty, because standing behind our work shouldn't be optional.

Giving Back to the Places That Gave Us a Start

Being part of this community means showing up for it beyond the shop walls too. Over the years, we've sponsored youth organizations and local programs including the Compassion in Action Project, North Gwinnett High School Softball, and Buford High School Football, among others. These aren't one-time donations. They're an ongoing commitment to the kids, teams, and families that make North Metro Atlanta feel like home.

Most recently, we were proud to support the Splash Dash 5K, providing financial support to fund two nonprofits dedicated to swim safety and drowning prevention, a cause close to our hearts. And you can expect to keep seeing us out and about. Co-founder Shara Ryan and the Ryan boys make it a point to show up at community events across North Metro Atlanta, so keep an eye out for them near you!
